1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MyCrystals ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and MyCrystals, operated at mycrystals.co. By accessing, browsing, or using the MyCrystals website, application, or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using our service. Your continued use of MyCrystals following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

MyCrystals is an online platform providing information, content, and resources related to crystals, gemstones, minerals, and their purported properties and uses. Our service includes access to educational articles, guides, resources, product information, and community features. The service is provided on a subscription basis for entertainment and informational purposes only. MyCrystals offers digital content delivery through our website and applications, including descriptions of crystals, their historical uses, cultural significance, and various popular beliefs associated with different crystals and minerals. Users may access member-exclusive content, participate in community discussions, and utilize tools available through their subscription tier.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of MyCrystals, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify MyCrystals immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. MyCrystals will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information. Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account; users under 18 years of age may require parental or guardian consent. You agree not to create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes or to circumvent service limitations.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Cost

MyCrystals offers subscription access for a recurring monthly fee of five dollars ($5.00 USD) per month, or the equivalent in your local currency if different. Payment is charged to your designated payment method on a monthly basis, automatically renewing each month unless cancelled. Additional payment methods, currencies, and subscription tiers may be available and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. Prices are subject to change with thirty (30) days' written notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Billing and Payment

By providing payment information, you authorize MyCrystals and its payment processor to charge your account for subscription fees and any applicable taxes. You agree to maintain valid and current payment information. If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired payment method, or other payment processing issues, we will attempt to recharge your account. Repeated failed payment attempts may result in suspension of your account and service access. All charges are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, or other taxes based on your location.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your MyCrystals subscription at any time by logging into your account and accessing the subscription settings, contacting our customer service team, or following the cancellation process outlined in your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the current billing period. You will retain access to all premium features through the end of your current subscription period. After cancellation, your account will revert to free tier status if available, or you will lose access to premium features. Reactivation of a cancelled subscription requires a new subscription purchase. If you wish to cancel your subscription, we recommend initiating cancellation at least seven (7) days before your next scheduled billing date to ensure processing before the next charge.

4.4 Refund Policy

MyCrystals operates under a limited refund policy. Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we recognize that circumstances may warrant exceptions. If you request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial subscription purchase, and you have not accessed more than ten percent (10%) of our premium content, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a full refund of the subscription fee for that billing period only. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven to ten (7-10) business days. This fourteen-day refund window applies only to initial subscription charges and does not apply to subsequent monthly renewals or to users who have been subscribers for more than fourteen (14) days. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team with your name, account email, order number, and reason for the refund request. MyCrystals reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria. Refund eligibility is determined at MyCrystals's sole discretion. No refunds are available for cancelled subscriptions unless within the specified fourteen-day initial purchase window. Expired promotional codes or discount credits cannot be refunded in cash.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through MyCrystals, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio files, software, code, layouts, and designs, is the exclusive property of MyCrystals or its content licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise exploit any content from MyCrystals without prior written consent from MyCrystals. Unauthorized use of any MyCrystals intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved. Any trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names displayed on MyCrystals are the property of their respective owners. 6. Limitation of Liability

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute with MyCrystals shall be to discontinue use of the service and seek a refund only if eligible under our refund policy. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
